On October 25th, Pink Ribbon Row was honored to be invited to present the organization at the University of Washington’s Husky football game, themed “Huskies for the Cure.” This special event celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month and paid tribute to the UW rowing team, an inspiring group whose strength and unity echo our own mission.
We were deeply moved by the opportunity to share our story with the Husky community and to stand alongside athletes and advocates who understand the power of teamwork, resilience, and remembrance. The invitation marked the beginning of a meaningful connection with the UW rowing team, and we look forward to future collaborations that amplify awareness and support for those affected by breast cancer.
